Opening Trump Accounts for Multiple Children
Every child in your family can have their own Trump Account. Eligibility is determined individually: any minor under 18 with a Social Security number qualifies, and children born between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2028 receive the $1,000 government seed.
Family Eligibility Checklist
- One account per child – no household limit
- Separate Form 4547 election required for each child
- Employer contributions (up to $2,500 per dependent) apply per child
- Parents/guardians file elections during tax season or via the official portal
Siblings do not share one account. Each child’s account is independent.
